In case you haven’t been able to get out to one of the fifteen separate exhibitions we did during the summer (people do get busy), now you can see the ‘A’ frame portion of S50 on the BLOG. You’ll also get some insight into the thinking behind each piece in the exhibition. During the next few weeks, you will be able to see a new ‘A’ frame added onto the BLOG every few days. For now, here’s a start… Stay tuned!
1- “The Arrow” – This ‘A’ Frame is usually placed in the most-trafficked area 50-200 feet away from the show. The idea is to put it where people are walking, grab their attention, pique their curiosity and visually push them towards the show. It’s not full of text, the idea is just to be simple, give them a little taste and get them headed towards the actual exhibition. It also helps those who are already looking for S50 to find it, or just people who know that Marshall’s doing something close by. Double sided, both arrows pointed in the same direction. Just the two logos, S50 from S50 and Marshall The Photographer’s logo. Both are the minimal versions of the logos with a massive arrow. No text here, as it’s not necessary. The bare minimum needed to communicate its message.
